Lokstallet is a cultural-historical industrial monument, built in 1903 and, later transformed into an art gallery.
Recently renovated, it has now a wooden floor built on top of the old rails. The changes have been performed respecting its original appearance, since the building is a cultural-historical mark from the industrial era.
Lokstallet shows trans-boundary contemporary art exhibitions and leads pedagogical art activities and a series of cultural events.
We aim to keep the level of quality high and, at the same time, offer a wide variety of art forms. Lokstallet aim to ensure that children’s and youth’s culture is expressed.
Lokstallet will be a place for cultural interactions and for building networks.
